Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of Atlassian related projects requests raised by users within the agreed KPIs.
- Coordinate with vendor team and support the Atlassian migration from DC to Cloud
- Being self driven for working on team wise initiatives on a timely manner
- Identify system issues, provide creative solutions and work on implementation
- Manage day to day operational activities independently within Atlassian platform (Jira & Confluence) including troubleshooting and user management.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in System Administration / IT or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Cloud Computing, DevOps and Agile methodologies beside software development lifecycle related processes.
- 3-5 years of work experience on operating Atlassian products (DC or Cloud) with knowledge of APIs, web hooks and integrations is preferred
- Solid organization skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes is a must.
- Fluent in both speaking and writing English.
