We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing team, manage client accounts and drive performance-focused marketing strategies. This role requires a combination of team leadership, campaign management, analytics, client coordination and strategic thinking.
Lead, mentor and manage digital marketing team members.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across client accounts.
Manage and review Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, social media, lead generation and remarketing campaigns.
Monitor key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality and ROI.
Review campaign performance and drive optimisation and corrective actions.
Oversee the complete marketing funnel from ad → lead → CRM → appointment → revenue.
Coordinate with creative, content, CRM, technology and strategy teams.
Participate in client meetings, present performance insights and coordinate deliverables.
Oversee weekly/monthly reports, dashboards and campaign reviews.
Build and improve marketing SOPs, workflows, reporting systems and team processes.
Identify team skill gaps, provide feedback and support training and development.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience in lead generation, conversion campaigns and digital funnels.
Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts.
Team leadership or mentoring experience is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of GA4, GTM and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics or health-tech.
Agency or multi-client account experience.
Experience with Zoho CRM, WhatsApp marketing and landing page optimisation.
Experience managing advertising budgets and training marketing teams.
Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.
