Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable backend solutions to support complex business workflows and high-volume systems
- Leverage AI tools effectively for coding, documentation, and design
- Use AI to generate HLD and LLD documents and validate AI-generated recommendations.
- Utilize AI tools to generate and review code, ensuring accuracy and maintainability.
- Apply AI for faster prototyping, solution evaluation, and improving engineering productivity.
- Own end-to-end delivery of components and subsystems—including design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements.
- Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable Java code and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize backend systems.
- Mentor junior engineers, guide them on best practices, and uphold high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, UI/UX, and Management teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong focus on quality and timelines.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor/Master's in computer science or relevant fields
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong sense of ownership
- Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills
- Experience working on AI Tools like Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer,claudeAI, CodeGeeX, Tabnine, MutableAI, Codacy ectc... for code review & code generation.
- LLM’s hands-on for Solution or integration experience
- Experience in building and scaling microservices
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting and diagnosing
- Expected to be a role model for young engineers, have a strong sense of code quality and enforce code
- Quality within the team
- Strong knowledge in RDBMS and NoSql technologies
- Experience in developing for enterprise systems like eCommerce / manufacturing / supply chain etc
- Excellent understanding of Debugging performance and optimization techniques
- Experience in Java, Mongo, MySQL, AWS technologies, ELK stack, Spring boot, Kafka
- Experience in developing any large scale Experience in cloud technologies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
