Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms using advanced programming languages, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake)
- Develop resilient data architectures across data warehouses, lakes, and streaming environments to support enterprise analytics and reporting
- Ensure enterprise data security, governance, quality, and standardization across all data and analytics solutions
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics data products, from design and development through production support and optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering partners to enable business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions
- Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, driving best practices, technical excellence, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift or Kafka
- Exhaustive experience of working with Azure cloud services
Data Pipelines: Designing, building, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines - Experience with data modeling, warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), and ETL/ELT best practices
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow), CI/CD, Git, and Linux (Shell Scripting)
- Proven solid expertise in Python and/or Scala/Java
- Proven advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and performance tuning
- Proven solid communication, collaboration, and the ability to mentor junior engineers
