Job Summary
As an Associate Dining Manager within the Chief Administrative Office business, you will assist the Head of Employee Dining in delivering a comprehensive dining strategy. Collaborate with key stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners to enhance dining operations. Your role will involve planning exclusive food and beverage menus, managing dining spaces, and ensuring service excellence
Job responsibilities:
- Develop menus, programs, and concepts with caterers for cafeteria deployment.
- Manage and supervise contract staff in cafeterias and pantries.
- Coordinate catering activities and track service metrics.
- Oversee business risk, controls, and governance.
- Manage supplier performance and build professional relationships.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring competitive service quality.
- Liaise with construction and sourcing teams for project and supplier agreements.
- Effectively drive and manage the P&L with a cost control mindset.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent diploma in Hospitality Management.
- 10+ years of recent and relevant foodservice experience.
- Strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop long-term program strategies.
- Multitasking capability and strong interpersonal skills.
- Budget management and accountability experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Industry experience in hospitality management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Marketing and merchandising skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as per business requirements
