We are looking for a results-driven Growth Leader to own and scale performance marketing and affiliate growth initiatives across international markets. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing investments, and delivering sustainable growth while maintaining strong unit economics.

As a key member of the growth leadership team, you will oversee paid acquisition channels, affiliate partnerships, conversion optimization initiatives, and performance analytics. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders, and build scalable growth systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in performance marketing with strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and team leadership capabilities. You should be comfortable owning large marketing budgets, scaling acquisition channels, and driving growth across competitive international markets.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across major digital acquisition channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition growth while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, payback periods, and profitability metrics.
  • Scale paid marketing campaigns across international markets through data-driven experimentation and budget allocation.
  • Lead affiliate and partner marketing programs, including partner acquisition, relationship management, performance tracking, and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of growth marketers and affiliate specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and optimize channel strategies across Meta, Google, emerging paid media platforms, and affiliate networks.
  • Build and enhance creative testing frameworks, ensuring a steady pipeline of winning concepts, messaging, and campaign formats.
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer experience teams to optimize conversion funnels and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Drive landing page optimization, conversion rate improvements, and customer journey enhancements.
  • Establish clear attribution models, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving digital marketing best practices to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Present growth insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure marketing investments are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable returns.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or customer acquisition roles with demonstrated ownership of business outcomes.
  • Strong experience scaling paid acquisition campaigns across international markets, particularly the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, including campaign architecture, audience strategy, creative optimization, attribution, and scaling methodologies.
  • Proven success managing large monthly marketing budgets and optimizing performance at scale.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition economics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback periods, and channel profitability.
  • Experience in high-consideration customer journeys such as education, fintech, insurance, healthcare, SaaS, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization, landing page testing, and funnel performance management.
  • Ability to develop high-quality creative briefs and build scalable testing frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing growth marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with attribution platforms, analytics tools, GA4, BI solutions, and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Affiliate marketing experience and familiarity with performance partnership ecosystems are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SQL, business intelligence tools, or advanced analytics methodologies is a plus.
