Branch Global Technical Support Team comprises a bunch of talented and motivated professionals with a strong focus on customer success. Our Team is at the core of Branch’s business, supporting both our customers and partners in providing a world-class support experience. The team will be working very closely with the Engineering team to fix bugs, provide valuable product feedback, and most importantly to provide a fulfilling customer experience.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Integration Engineer to join our Global Support Team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners across the globe.

As an Associate Integration Engineer, you’ll get to:

  • Debugging and troubleshooting technical issues across mobile apps and our Branch platform
  • Providing technical assistance to developers and marketers who use the Branch SDK and attribution solutions
  • Resolving issues related to SDK Integration (iOS, Android & Web platforms)
  • Ensuring smooth integration and functionality for our clients
  • Working closely with other post-sales teams (primarily Account Managers) to provide exceptional technical support and resolve complex integration challenges
  • Escalating bugs to our Internal Engineering Team and providing feedback to our Product teams
  • Managing bug queue to ensure issues are followed up on and resolved
  • Writing and Querying databases using SQL
  • Documenting our robust Knowledge Base repository to keep content up-to-date
  • Contributing to enhancements across support processes and tools
  • Driving miscellaneous engineering projects to push our business forward

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • B.E/B.Tech or an equivalent degree in Engineering
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Mobile (iOS, Android, Web) Development
  • Previous experience in client-facing role or can demonstrate experience in end to end development of a mobile app
  • Knowledge in building SQL queries for data analysis and debugging.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills
  • A growth and learning mindset, with a willingness to continuously develop skills and embrace new challenges

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the Ad Tech industry
  • Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Advanced SQL Knowledge
  • Ability to communicate (spoken and/or written) in Korean or other languages
  • Passion and Knowledge of AI Tools

Please note: 

  • This role is centered around providing technical support for our mobile SDK and does not involve Android or iOS development
  • Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts covering APAC, EMEA, and NA regions
  • Availability for on-call support during weekends might be required

This role will be based at our Bengaluru, KA office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
