Roles and responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy & Execution
- Identify learning needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using surveys, focus groups, and performance data.
- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning, microlearning).
- Learning Program Management
- Oversee Learning Management System (LMS)—upload content, track training completion, generate reports.
- Drive learning engagement to increase adoption through internal marketing, gamification, and reward programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness using feedback mechanisms, pre/post-training assessments, and ROI analysis.
- Performance & Organizational Effectiveness
- Support talent assessment initiatives (360-degree feedback, competency frameworks).
- Drive initiatives for leadership and high-potential employee development programs.
- Anchor and execute the Recognition program
- Lead or support cross-functional HR projects (e.g., talent reviews, employer branding, HR tech implementations).
- Assist in designing and rolling out new HR policies and programs to improve employee experience.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to drive change initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years in Learning and Development
- Technical Skills: LMS administration, HR analytics.
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving.
- Nice-to-Have: Certifications in L&D (CIPD, ATD, SHRM), OD methodologies, or coaching.
