Role : Associate Manager - Business Development (Telecom)
Title : Associate Client Solutions Partner
Experience Level : 5 to 10 years
Location : Mumbai / Bangalore (hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. He/She must have a deep understanding of Telecom market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, occasionally in conjunction with Partners.

Understand Quantiphi AI and Data Offerings very well.

Pursue 4-6 large accounts - both new logos and existing accounts, focused on hunting activities.

Drive profitable revenue from New Accounts.

Generate new streams of revenue from existing customers.

Achieve targets - order booking, revenue, contribution margin etc..

Participate in the Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand the customer base globally.

Ensure face time with customers for sales. Conduct sales presentations.

Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.

Prospect, identify and groom qualified opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Apart from being Driven, Energetic and Ambitious, you’ll need the following:

5+ years of prior experience in business development in the Telecom domain.

Selling AI/Data solutions and services in Telecom domain for the minimum 3 years.

Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Understanding of industry trends and the business impact for providers.

Consultative selling approach, ability to clearly communicate the business value.

Experience with structured sales methodologies.

Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent Masters Degree in Sales / Business Administration / Business Development or a similar field.

Evidence of being a strong individual contributor and committed team player.
