Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely completion and strategic alignment ensuring quality output
• Data Analytics: Utilize statistical modeling, machine learning, and Generative AI to develop analytical solutions for business problems
• Tech Improvement: Drive technology and process improvement initiatives using standard project methodologies. Drive migrate to cloud technology and environment for analytical solutions
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business users to gather requirements, resolve business rules, and review data models
• Reporting: Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports on product development and performance
• Consultation: Provide expert consultation across analytics teams, offering industry knowledge and support for ongoing projects

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services
• BI Tools: Experience with PowerBI and Tableau/Looker
• Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of text mining, social listening, recommender systems, and predictive modeling
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, R, and statistical techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years in business analytics
• 7+ years in statistical modeling, machine learning, and large data analysis
• 3+ years with Big Data technologies and statistical programming
• 2+ years with PowerBI; Tableau/Looker
• 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
• 1+ years with cloud technology and Generative AI
• Git mastery for version control
• Working knowledge of statistics and relational databases
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Proven solid process improvement and business workflow evaluation
• Proven excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making processes
