Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll leverage your in-depth understanding of marketing automation platforms and our CRM systems to build audiences and analyze data to identify our addressable market. You will play a crucial role in managing and improving our marketing database and optimizing the integration of our marketing automation platform with Salesforce.

This role lives within Epsilon’s Marketing Ops organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and CRM systems. They should be adept at diagnosing and resolving data issues, developing automation solutions, and analyzing data to drive marketing strategies.

Marketing Operations Specialist duties and responsibilities:

  • Architecture: Utilize your knowledge of marketing automation platforms and our CRM systems to customize and optimize them for our business operations.
  • Data Management: Continuously enhance the quality of our marketing database through data hygiene practices using our Marketing Automation Platform. Conduct regular audits of incoming leads.
  • Lead Management: Develop and manage lead scoring workflow to ensure efficient lead conversion.
    • List processing – supporting performance marketing and events teams by managing and processing external activity lists upload post initiative.
  • Automation Engineering: Improve the efficiency of our marketing automation platform
  • Segmentation: Create segmentation for targeted marketing efforts
  • Analyzing data in the CRM to identify revenue opportunity that’s available to our products
    • Identifying firmographics, technographics to uncover which companies fit our model
    • Work with stakeholders to align on business needs & expectations
  • Support Sales Operations: Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Martech Integrations: Assist in integrating various marketing technologies to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Analysis: Utilize data to build audiences and identify our addressable market for targeted marketing operations.
  • Advanced Form Processing: Develop and manage advanced form processing to collect and manage relevant customer data.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing automation software
  • Experience supporting marketing & sales business functions
  • Direct experience with Salesforce\
  • Ability to think systematically with solid business sense and technical aptitude
  • Experience in marketing analytics and good understanding of marketing domain
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
