Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 11+ years
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS as a Techno-Functional with integrations, technical solution design, and implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, EBTax)
- Strong hands-on experience with SCM (Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory)
- Experience with Manufacturing modules including Process Manufacturing, Product Scheduling, and Costing.
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL, including advanced PL/SQL concepts
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Reports (RDF), BI Publisher (BIP), and OBIEE
- Experience developing and supporting Oracle Forms and Workflows
- Strong experience developing and modifying RICE/CEMLI components
- Good knowledge of AOL concepts and AIM methodology/documentation (MD70, TE20, CV40, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle EBS on-premise implementations, upgrades, or rollouts preferred
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in a multi-shore delivery model
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle EBS techno-functional and junior developers while contributing hands-on to delivery
- Drive ERP simplification initiatives including removal of unused code, legacy technologies, and redundant customizations
- Lead and execute decustomization efforts by replacing custom solutions with Oracle standard functionality
- Design, develop, and review technical solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
- Oversee and participate in development and support of RICE/CEMLI component
- Lead and support Oracle EBS patching, testing, and production deployments
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Provide technical input into ERP roadmap planning, decustomization strategy, and future-state architecture
- Identify technical and delivery risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with Product Managers, ERP Strategists, Delivery Managers, and peer Technical Leads
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Operate effectively within a multi-shore delivery environment (onsite, offshore, nearshore)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
