Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Business Technology Infrastructure team. You will help connect technology & AI capabilities with business objectives in a meaningful and measurable way.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes; using data to qualify problems and inform success metrics.
Partner with stakeholders and engineering on clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Contribute to roadmap prioritization focused on impact and value.
Conduct user acceptance testing and deliver training/support to business users.
Monitor application performance; recommend improvements and process optimizations.
Manage scope, risks, and blockers; communicate status and decisions to stakeholders.
Support the development and rollout of AI‑enabled features.
Apply a working understanding of AI/LLM/RAG; help maintain “when to use what” guidelines and run small evaluations/experiments with clear success criteria.
Assess where AI can transform business processes (automation, augmentation, decision support); map use cases, expected outcomes, and guardrails with senior PMs and engineering.
Help build and sustain an internal AI community of practice by coordinating lunch‑and‑learns, office hours, and sharing playbooks/patterns to accelerate adoption.
Triage user feedback for AI features; reproduce issues, file clear bugs, and maintain backlog hygiene for AI work under guidance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or five years of relevant work experience.
Results‑oriented; able to work effectively in a team and independently.
Hands‑on agile practitioner.
Strong knowledge of business processes and IT systems.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills to inspire, build trust, and influence.
Succinct and impactful written communications.
