Job Title
Our team provides a fully integrated solution that helps airlines manage product sales and usage in real time with better accuracy, timely revenue recognition, and improved operational visibility. As we continue to grow and partner with leading airline customers, we are expanding our product management team.
The Associate Product Manager will support the definition and delivery of products that are desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable throughout the product‑market lifecycle. You will contribute to shaping product vision, enabling effective delivery, and ensuring our solutions meet customer and business needs.
In this role, you will:Support the development of the product vision, roadmap, and positioning by using insights from customers, markets, and competitors.
Work closely with engineering teams to execute the product strategy and ensure successful delivery, following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Contribute to product deployment activities, go‑to‑market plans, performance analysis, and RFP/RFI (Request for Proposal / Request for Information) responses.
Collaborate across product, development, and commercial teams to ensure aligned understanding of priorities and requirements.
Engage with customers as a key point of contact, coordinating with business owners, epic owners, and Train Product Managers to address product‑related questions and resolve issues.
4+ years of experience in product management practices, strategic thinking, and familiarity with the airline or travel domain.
The ability to perform market and competitive analysis and apply insights to product decisions.
Experience interacting with customers and managing ongoing discussions with clarity and empathy.
Comfort working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with diverse groups.
