What You'll Do 
Associate Product Owner is accountable for the full end to end lifecycle of portfolio of products, specifically for new strategic clients including vision, charter, planning, requirements, development, testing, integration (FADV or partner systems), deployment, usage, adoption, client satisfaction and continuous improvement. The Product Owner is the facilitator and planner for all aspects of strategic clients onboarding and will drive the activities of the corresponding teams who will build, integrate or enhance any new or existing products in their respective portfolio aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology. Senior Product Owner will co-ordinate & initiate appropriate vertical / product strategy coupled with the right SWAT POD with QA, Scrum Master, Architects and Developers. They will maximize product reusability and repeatability & focus on revenue growth to enable new logo strategic client acquisitions, improved customer experience & teamwork.
Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice of the customer. Listen to the market (internal and external users) and clearly define the market problem. Use market information to drive short- and long-term product roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements, breaking them down into epics, themes, and features and creating actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for the design team to conceptualize and the development team to implement
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary contact and subject matter expert for the product.
  • Manage and own end-to-end product lifecycle for your product including prioritization of bugs/enhancements along with building and launching new offerings.
  • Track product performance metrics to ensure we are meeting or exceeding targets, pivot product roadmap direction as necessary
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product roadmap is aligned with stakeholder needs

What You May Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field, advanced business degree (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years in a product role for a product that handles over $50M in revenue at an org over $1B in revenue
  • Practical Agile experience - not certifications but actual experience inside an organization in transition for at least 4 years
  • Strong Technical and Analytical skills - can speak with and motivate the development team with ideas and thoughts
  • Provide an optimized and suitable solution for client requirements and concerns
  • Must be proficient in writing PRD (Product requirement document)
  • Implementation and delivery of products working with cross functional engineering team
  • Experience with tools - JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps or Miro
  • Product Owner Certification (CSPO or Pragmatic Marketing) a plus
  • Customer focused and have a passion for user experience and working with people
  • Understands both the technical and business sides of the product and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs
  • Highly analytical with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications who is comfortable presenting to senior leadership and key clients
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, relationship building and negotiating skills
  • Track record in building and launching profitable products
  • Experience with day in the life client visits and synthesizing all market data into meaningful requirements in order to take the product to the next level
