Associate Manager, Site Management Team (GG11)Role Purpose

This is a Secondment role until March'2027.

Support the delivery of site priorities through programme coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement and operational execution. Partner with Site Leadership, councils and functional teams to ensure effective delivery of site initiatives, governance processes and colleague experience objectives. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support delivery of site programmes, initiatives and events.
  • Maintain governance forums, dashboards, action trackers and management reporting.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate activities across councils and functional teams.
  • Support tracking of site risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation activities.
  • Assist with site budget tracking, financial reporting and operational planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support adoption of new ways of working across the site. 
Experience & Skills
  • 5–8 years' experience in programme management, PMO, operations, governance or business management roles.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing leadership reporting, presentations and dashboards.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution and delivery.
