As a OTM specialist , you will be responsible for designing, Development, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Transportation Management. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Oracle Transport Management.
  • Proven experience in OTM On-Premise to Cloud migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of OTM business objects and interfaces.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and Java development technology.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Data Mapping exercise between system interfaces across different formats EDI and protocols.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Specialist) preferred

 

Technical Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a full stack developer/technical in OTM.
  • Hands-on experience in Agents, Workflows, OTM Technical configuration
  • Hands on experience to all OTM modules (Order Management, Shipment Management, Contracts and Rates Management, Agent and Workflows, User Configuration, Integrations, Operational Planning, Financials, Reports and Master Data) is a must. - Knowledge on Sourcing, LNM, Fleet etc…
  • Write complex Automated Agent, workflows (Saved Queries, Saved Conditions, Agent Actions, Events etc. )
  • Hands on experience with triage of day-to-day OTM systems issues and providing resolution on complex issues.
  • Knowledge of Logistics management principles and processes.
  • Broad knowledge and experience with various ERP systems. Working knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite (Procurement, Shipping, XML Gateway) is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of EDI and any other Middleware systems.
  • Create BI Publisher reports within OTM .
  • Good knowledge in SQL/PL/SQL

Must have Skills: 

OTM(Oracle Transportation Management) Integration and implementation Specialist.

  • Customer Onboarding ,implementation ,configuration and integration in OTM Platform
  • Manage customer onboarding. Clear understanding of platform capabilities & feasibility, and communicating those to customer, after understanding the requirements / expectations.
  • Lead Customer onboarding by understanding the solution and impacts to existing domain.
  • Ensure successful deployment of OTM modules while adhering to project timelines
  • Collaborate with IT and logistics teams to customize OTM functionalities to meet specific business needs
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Engage with key stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into OTM solutions
  • Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and downtime
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize OTM performance, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency

 

Problem-Solving:

  • Identify and resolve issues related to OTM migration and integration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
