The Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant is a strategic partner to the business, primarily responsible for proactive talent sourcing and pipeline development across IT and Non‑IT roles. This role works closely with Talent Acquisition Team and the hiring leaders to identify, engage, and attract high‑quality talent in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and relationship‑building skills, coupled with the ability to influence hiring outcomes through data‑driven insights.
This position will be Hybrid Working at Bangalore location (2 days work from office).
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Proactively source, identify, and engage passive talent through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring, niche, and critical roles across IT and Non‑IT functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and TA Partners to understand role requirements, skills needed, and talent market dynamics.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and sourcing plans aligned to business needs.
Candidate Engagement & Experience
- Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement at all stages.
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess fit and interest before sharing candidates with the recruiting team.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements, align on sourcing priorities, and set realistic hiring expectations.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, skill demand, and compensation trends to support hiring decisions.
- Support interview coordination and selection processes as needed.
Data, Reporting & Process
- Track and maintain accurate sourcing and recruitment data in Workday ATS and other relevant systems.
- Analyze sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and outcomes.
- Share regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing progress, and talent market insights.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to introduce new sourcing approaches, tools, or methods to improve speed, quality, and reach.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external talent communities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- 4–5 years of experience in corporate or search‑firm recruiting, with strong hands‑on sourcing expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing, market research, and pipeline building.
- Exposure to IT and Non‑IT hiring.
- Experience using Workday ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of multiple sourcing channels and tools.
- Ability to conduct effective candidate screenings and make talent recommendations.
- Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferred.
