We are looking for an AWS Solutions Architect to join our Technology Consulting team in Bengaluru. This is an amazing opportunity to work on data analytics & work with various stakeholders from different departments. The team consists of 20+ members and is reporting to the Director of Technology Consulting. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing solutions that leverage AWS Services and Resources in the most efficient and effective way for our customer projects.  

 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field. 

  • At least 5+ years of experience designing and deploying AWS-based solutions, preferably using advanced AWS services such as AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, Amazon Comprehend, SageMaker or Bedrock, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon AppStream in addition to AWS IaaS tools such as EC2, EBS/EFS, S3 etc. 

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy an end-to-end architecture in a regulated environment, with particular emphasis on the use of Amazon Cognito, IAM policy management and CloudTrail to provide a secure and observable security framework.  

  • Experience with container platforms and serverless services (EKS, ECS or Fargate). 

  • Hands-on experience managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform. 

  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification. 

 

It would be great if you also had . . .  

 

  • Knowledge of or prior experience with Healthcare or Lifesciences domain. 

  • Track record of continuous improvement and innovation leveraging trailblazing technologies demonstrated. 

  • Strong communication & analytical skills. 

  • AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification 

 

What will you be doing in this role? 

 

  • You will interact with customers and the Technology Consulting Business Development leads directly to understand the business problem, design the AWS architecture for the proposed solutions, estimate the implementation effort and drive implementation in collaboration with the DevOps team. 

  •  As part of the Technology Consulting team, you will work closely with other Solution Architects from various geographies to enable large-scale customer use cases and projects 

  • You will interact with other Data Scientists and Solution Architects in the field, providing guidance on their customer engagements.  

  • You will develop white papers, blogs, reference implementations, and presentations to showcase the Technology Consulting projects to the wider Clarivate organization and our customers.  

  • You will also create technical documentation for the broader team, to help them understand how to integrate AWS solutions into customer architectures.  

  • You will drive effective feedback gathering from customers and translate into clear technical requirements for their solutions.

Hours of Work  

45 hours per week, full-time employment, Hybrid (2 days in the office week). Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be required with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
