Job Description
Associate Trade Operations Specialist:
Location- Bangalore
Work Mode- Hybrid
Shift- Night Shift
Trade Lifecycle Management

• Ensure accurate trade capture in OMS/EMS systems for all executed trades
• Monitor trade allocations and confirm accuracy with portfolio managers and traders
• Manage trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies with brokers and counterparties
• Oversee settlement processes across multiple asset classes

Reconciliation & Controls

• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with prime brokers and custodians
• Investigate and resolve breaks in a timely manner
• Support NAV validation and P&L verification processes
• Maintain strong internal controls to minimize operational risk

Prime Broker & Counterparty Management

• Act as primary point of contact for prime brokers and custodians
• Coordinate account openings and documentation
• Manage corporate actions, dividends, and interest processing
• Monitor margin and collateral requirements

Reporting & Regulatory Support

• Assist in regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., Form PF, AIFMD, EMIR, etc.)
• Support audit requests and investor reporting
• Maintain accurate records of trade documentation

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement operational efficiencies
• Support system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
