We are seeking a highly skilled front-end Associate Web Developer Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front end of navex.com.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and Git workflows, with experience in headless architecture and Sanity CMS (a plus). You will work closely with design, content, and development teams to deliver a modern, responsive, and accessible website that drives conversions.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain the front end of navex.com, ensuring exceptional UI and UX

  • Translate design mockups into clean, responsive code

  • Write and maintain semantic HTML, modern CSS (including frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Sass), and JavaScript/React

  • Optimise website performance for speed, SEO, and accessibility

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure accurate and engaging content presentation

  • Build and maintain custom components in Sanity CMS for content management

  • Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility

  • Participate in code reviews and establish best practises for code quality, performance, and testing

  • Implement and manage testing workflows

  • Contribute to estimating effort for new development tasks, updates, and feature enhancements

  • Establish, with the help of the team, best practises for code quality and testing

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and Git

  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, or Sass/SCSS

  • Headless architecture and Sanity CMS experience is preferred

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility (WCAG)

  • Knowledge of website performance optimisation techniques

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for learning and innovation

  • Experience with website testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely) a plus

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of attention to detail, collaboration and web programming and development

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, instills trust, influence, strategic execution and talent development

  • The starting pay range for this role is $1,400,000+ INR per annum.
