The role
You'll build and operate the platform behind an AI (computer vision based machine learning) powered product used inside real semiconductor plants — the systems that turn wafer images into actionable signals in real time, deployed across our cloud and our customers' own hardware.
We are hiring strong software engineers (backend) to build the platform that connects the world's semiconductor manufacturers to the computer vision AI watching over their production lines. You'll build high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure powering our computer vision AI. Working alongside our core team, you'll design clean APIs, scale our distributed backend, and drive the architecture behind our production machine learning pipeline.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end delivery of features across our AI platform — from ingestion through orchestration to what a customer sees on the screen.
Design and build the systems that keep the platform correct and predictable under real-world burst loads.
Deliver the same product to two very different worlds — our cloud SaaS and our customers' own hardware.
Operate what you ship — observability, on-call, and real production debugging with real customers.
Set the engineering bar through thoughtful reviews, sharp design work, and honest post-mortems.
You'll thrive here if...
You've shipped Python backends in production.
You know your way around relational databases and how to make them fast.
You've used a task queue or message broker.
You're comfortable on Linux, with Docker, and in at least one cloud like AWS or GCP.
You narrate your reasoning and are honest when you don't know.
You believe in mentoring and being mentored.
You like cross team collaboration to get things done for customers creating business value
You like using LLM based AI in your work- thoughtfully, not blindly.
You like working on high scale projects, optimizing software for large scale usage
Nice to have
Django and multi-tenant SaaS patterns
Experience deploying to customer-hosted or hybrid environments
ML, computer vision, or GPU-pipeline adjacency
Python SDK or library authoring
PostgresSQL based DB management
Experience with air-gapped deployments
Experience with building access-control systems
