As the Battery Specialist Engineer at Fluence, you will:
•Update and maintain the design and performance of the battery module and components.
•Co-ordinate between product development and customers on the technical information related to batteries and battery management system.
•Work with internal stakeholders to ensure market feedback and performance indicators are met.
•Identify opportunities to improve performance and support system design team to implement the same.
•Customer presentations and Sales support
•Commercial knowledge on batteries and battery systems.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
- 5+ years’ experience in Module and BMS engineering, preferably designing of modules and cells.
- Bachelors or master's in engineering.
- Experience building and using analytical models for performance and commercial modelling
- Proven record of working autonomously.
- Good communication skill to work across various customer across the APAC region.
- Highly tuned drive to win and deliver excellence under tight timelines.
- Creative solutioning to achieve system performances and customer challenges
- Desire to work collaboratively in entrepreneurial environment.
- Track record of taking ownership over responsibilities and pursuing them diligently.
