Job Description
Key responsibilities
1. Building the 'next generation' suite of Risk reports
2. Executing the end to end reporting and data standards resulting from the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) principles
3. Developing robust data and reporting tools for senior management
4. Identify and automate production routines to improve efficiency
5. Create and maintain user acceptance test/business scenarios for new or modified reports for all CCB lines of businesses (LOBs)
6. Work with Onshore, India Lead, Technology, and LOB Report Owners to analyze and resolve defects
7. Work with technology to modify Tableau/Alteryx
8. Perform data reconciliation and analyze impact to the business based on the results
9. Understand CCB lines of businesses and derive reporting requirement for them
Knowledge and Skills Sets:
1. Required at least 3-6 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics.
2. Sound technical knowledge on SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel and Power point
3. Knowledge of Python an added advantage
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Self-starter, ability to multitask and work effective under pressure and stress
7. Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
8. Solutions oriented and strong niche towards problem-solving techniques
9. Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate and communicate effectively with all levels of management
10. Strong sense of accountability and ownership over end to end client onboarding process
11. Ability to successfully navigate a complex infrastructure that involves numerous groups and individuals and "think outside the box" for achieving results.

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. Risk Management helps the firm understand, manage and anticipate risks in a constantly changing environment. The work covers areas such as evaluating country-specific risk, understanding regulatory changes and determining credit worthiness. Risk Management provides independent oversight and maintains an effective control environment.
