The Brand Marketing Lead will develop and implement brand strategies, manage campaigns, conduct market research, and oversee brand communication for consumer brands.

About Role: Brand Marketing Lead will head the entire function and will be handling offline and online marketing channels for our website, app and retail stores. We are looking for someone who has solid expereince in brand marketing in the consumer brands.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive long-term brand strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Brand communication: Oversee the creation of compelling and impactful communication that resonates with target audiences. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize brand campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and communications, to ensure cohesive brand representation. Establish strong relationships with external partners and agencies.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets on Social Media and Branded channels effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.
- Culture: Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of brand marketing expereince in the consumer brands/D2C/startups.
- Bachelor's, OR Master's from a tier-1 institute.
