The position
As a Business Analyst SAP MM (Material Management) at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support for handling SAP MM incidents and problems. Manage the maintenance and development of IT systems and services. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, participate in system operation and maintenance in DDIT PS.
  • Handle change management, release management, incident support, problem support, and configuration management. Coordinate and validate test activities.
  • Collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
  • Represent Novo Nordisk in relations with users and external stakeholders.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant field, or equivalent business experience with graduation.
  • 6+ years of overall experience in IT.
  • 4+ years of relevant technology experience, specifically in SAP MM. Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in SAP S4 System and/or having worked on migration activities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with external parties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience to an intermediate level.


About the department
The DD&IT Product Supply department is responsible for managing over 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk. Our strategic objective is to be the IT partner for the business, providing the necessary IT solutions and support for the Novo Nordisk production solution and supply chain needs worldwide. Our systems are critical to key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, and finance. We work with SAP logistics modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Advanced Planner Optimiser (APO), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), Production Planning and Process Industry (PPPI), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Advanced Track and Trace for pharmaceutical (ATTP), and Global Batch Traceability (GBT). These systems are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and are used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide.
