Business Analyst & Project Manager - Reconciliation Projects

Job Description
As a Business Analyst & Project Manager in our Reconciliation Projects team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. You will work closely with various teams, manage relationships with stakeholders, and lead test automation. This role provides an opportunity to showcase your project management skills and contribute to the success of our projects.
Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Coordinate with Tech team for the flawless execution of projects
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders successfully
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage End to End Testing including UAT and Regression
• Lead Test Automation

Required qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management
• Proven experience in change management
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical Skills to understand the current state and provide effective proposed solutions. Ability to interact with multiple teams, Working closely with Product Dev, Ops leads and Tech Architects.
• Collaborate with Technology team to deliver product solutions, build and implementation. Partner with Operations on BRD / User stories.
• Chair Working Group Meeting and published governance scorecards to all stakeholders
• E2E project management till Go Live and In-depth working knowledge of various Test phases

Preferred qualification

• Knowledge of Test Automation Tools will be an added advantage
