About the team:
We are a team of 25-30 professionals comprising of managers, business analysts, architects, developers and testers. Our team is culturally diverse and works out of multiple locations (US, UK, South Africa, Serbia, and India).
We work on a front office solution which focuses on public and private credit markets (including CLOs, CDOs, and Direct Lending), and covers the areas of portfolio management, order management, credit research, risk, and hypothetical analysis.
What you will be doing

You will assist in investigations of client-reported bugs, validate scenarios, and collaborate on resolutions.

You will act as a functional SME for the system, providing guidance on business requirements and functional workflows to developers, business analysists, testers, and product teams.

You will support developers and testers in understanding financial and investment-related business concepts, contexts, associated requirements, and assist development teams in understanding functional workflows.

You will ensure that features include clear acceptance criteria and background information.

You will assist in performing in-sprint testing, regression testing, and end to end system.

You will create, manage, and refine test cases and test suites to ensure maximin test coverage.

You will conduct API testing using tools like Postman.

You will drive collaboration for testing integrated systems.

You will provide mentorship and support on testing methodologies and functional understanding.

You will assess and improve team test coverage and documentation quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to document and communicate test plans, scenarios, and results effectively.
