Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and project plans. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
