About Kognitos

Kognitos is a neurosymbolic AI automation platform for enterprise business operations. We help finance and operations teams automate complex, high-stakes workflows — AP, AR, general accounting, and close — with deterministic, explainable AI that enterprises can actually trust in production. We're partnered with Wipro and actively pushing into the BPO and Global Capability Center (GCC) markets, and we're still early enough that this hire will help shape our go-to-market motion in India, not execute someone else's playbook.

The Role

We're looking for someone based in India who can walk into Global Capability Centers — the finance and shared-services operations that Fortune 500 companies run out of India — and open real conversations at the CFO, finance-transformation, and GBS-leadership level. This is a builder's role: you'll need to learn our pitch cold, get meetings on the calendar, and represent Kognitos credibly to people who have seen every automation vendor's pitch before.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with finance, operations, and GBS leadership at Global Capability Centers across India.

  • Learn and deliver Kognitos's product story with enough depth to hold a real conversation with a CFO or finance-transformation leader, not just book a meeting and hand off.

  • Organize and run discovery meetings, translating GCC pain points into concrete Kognitos use cases.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of GCC accounts, working directly with the founding team on deal strategy.

  • Represent Kognitos in-market and build the company's presence within India's GCC ecosystem.

What You Bring — Must-Haves
  • A classical finance education or credential — CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance.

  • Experience inside a GSI or consulting firm (Big 4, Accenture, Genpact, Cognizant, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, or similar) actually building and delivering finance or operations transformation solutions — not just managing the relationship around one.

  • Demonstrated solution-build experience: you've designed, scoped, or implemented a transformation program yourself, whether as a consultant or from the client side.

  • Comfort operating independently in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment where you're defining the playbook, not following one.

  • Based in India, with the ability to travel to meet GCC leadership in person.

Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships with finance or operations leadership at Global Capability Centers in India.

  • Experience at a GCC-focused advisory firm (e.g., Zinnov, ANSR) or within a GSI's dedicated GCC advisory practice.

  • Operations background — having run or been embedded within a finance or BPO operation — is a plus, though secondary to solution-build depth.

  • Familiarity with how enterprises are adopting AI and automation inside finance operations.

Final note

You do not need to match all of the listed expectations to apply for this position. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and skills.
