Drive B2B partnerships with education consultants and agents to recruit students. Generate and onboard channel partners, manage partner pipelines, conduct meetings and training, coordinate with counseling and admissions teams, track market trends and competitors, and ensure partner compliance and documentation. Travel for business development as needed.
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for the study abroad industry? We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our B2B initiatives and create meaningful partnerships with study abroad agents and educational consultants.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with education consultants, agents, and institutions
- Generate leads and onboard new channel partners for student recruitment
- Manage existing partners and ensure consistent student pipeline
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions for partners
- Coordinate with internal counseling and admissions teams
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure partner compliance and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education (B2B sales preferred)
- Strong network of agents / consultants (India or international markets)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on targets and revenue-driven roles
- Good knowledge of countries like UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe
- Willingness to travel for business development
