[About the role]
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead partnership acquisition and drive ecosystem growth. In this role, you will identify and onboard high-value partners across digital-first industries, negotiate commercial agreements, and build long-term strategic relationships. You will also explore new categories, develop scalable partnership frameworks, and work closely with internal teams to unlock growth opportunities and strengthen our partner network. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to execute high-impact partnerships that create long-term value.

[Key Responsibilities]

Partnership Acquisition & Supply Growth

  • Identify and onboard partners across digital-first categories (content, apps, brands, consumer internet, etc.).
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential collaborators and maintain structured outreach.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, revenue models, and long-term agreements.

Strategic Deals & Category Expansion

  • Evaluate new categories and verticals for partnership opportunities.
  • Drive exclusive or early-access collaborations where relevant.
  • Develop scalable partnership frameworks to expand supply depth and diversity.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify growth levers within each partner and drive incremental value.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, alignment, and renewal discussions.

[Required Experience]

  • 5–7 years of BD or partnerships experience in a high-growth digital company.
  • Prior exposure to developer, publisher, or partnerships is a strong advantage.
  • Experience closing strategic deals and managing partnerships.
  • Strong network within digital-first brands, apps, or content ecosystems (preferred).
