Hello. We’re Blood.

Our purpose is to revolutionize periods.

Who are we?

Blood is a challenger brand in the period care space. We exist to challenge taboos, push boundaries, and help people with periods to bleed unapologetically. Our focus on deeply understanding our users drives our innovation in creating products that are both high performing, and better for their bodies and skin.

Blood is the creator of the world’s first Sanitary Pad made from Corn, and is the parent brand of MenstruHeat (menstrual cramp relief).

We’re scaling fast across Asia, with our core markets in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and our newest market, India. Selling online and across more than 7,000 retail stores - making more than 12 million periods better so far.

Today was good. Tomorrow will bleed better.

Why India, why now

India is the biggest period care opportunity on earth and one of the least served. Most of the market still runs on skin-irritating products designed decades ago. Quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) has torn down the distribution wall that used to keep challenger brands out for years. We can now reach millions in months, instead of decades.

We've proven product-market fit across markets in Southeast Asia, and India is where we prove it at an even larger scale. You'd join at the first inning, and help write our India story together.

Who we’re looking for / The role

We're looking for a dynamic Business Finance Manager to own the money math behind Blood's India launch across quick commerce, marketplaces, and D2C.

You'll own channel-level profitability, budgeting, settlement, receivables & payable settlement reconciliation across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and other channels, making sure growth stays profitable, with good and accurate cash flows.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives under ambiguity and can build finance systems from scratch while keeping monthly closes and reporting on track.

Key Responsibilities

    • 30% – Own receivables and working capital,  collection follow-ups, ageing analysis and cash-flow visibility, monthly ledger reconciliation with all  ecommerce/quick commerce platform

    • 20% – Own vendor payables and ledger reconciliation for key partners including 3PL, logistics, warehouse and manufacturing vendors, ensuring invoices, payments, outstanding balances, closing stocks are accurately maintained.

    • 15% – Analyse  manage, record platform commercials, incentives, claims, debit notes and settlements, ensuring commercial terms are accurately captured and reconciled

    • 15%: Internal ERP management  and group reporting. Record all India transactions in D365 as per Group SOPs, upload all local payments, seek approvals and support month-end close with Group Finance.

    • 10% – Track and weekly report complete record of all business receivables & expenses, including making monthly MIS ,budget/estimates vs. actuals, and highlight key variances and cost drivers.

    • 5% - Regularly liaise with Business and Operations teams to validate numbers, understand variances and drive timely action

    • 5%: Local books. Work with our external bookkeeping partner, and progressively take over their bookkeeping and reporting scope as the business grows.

Ideal candidate

    • 4-7+ years of experience in business finance, or commercial finance, ideally in D2C/e-commerce or quick commerce brand

    • Hands-on experience with quick commerce/marketplace settlement structures (PLA/SOR/OR models, platform deductions and claims) is a strong plus

    • Startup experience preferred - comfortable with ambiguity, limited hand-holding, and building financial systems from scratch rather than inheriting one

    • Entrepreneurial, detail-obsessed, and analytical - the kind of person who catches the margin leak or reconciliation gap nobody else is watching

    • Strong Excel/Sheets and financial modeling skills; comfortable working across platform dashboards and ERP/accounting systems

    • CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com or similar finance/accounting qualification is preferred; full CA qualification is a plus but not essential
