Responsible for developing and maintaining BI reports and dashboards, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into BI platforms.
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with BI specialists and data analysts to optimize data models and reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and data accuracy.
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides for BI solutions.
What we are looking for:
· Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
- Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization principles and best practices.
- Experience in data extraction, transformation, preparation processes, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with programming languages like R or Python is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both Polish and English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological trends.
