- Manage product costs and publish formal costs to the sales organization, driving operational excellence.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to drive cost improvement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth operations for new business models by working with cross-functional teams.
- Manage portfolio, trade, and tariff, maintaining compliance and efficiency.
- Handle product licenses and royalty management, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
- Support accurate forecasting, shipment planning, and execution, in collaboration with supply chain partners.
- Govern multi-source BOM health, identifying and mitigating risks related to component availability.
- Develop and implement process improvements, utilizing data analytics for optimization.
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional partnerships for successful operations.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field with 10+ Years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Experience in managing complex supply chain operations, including procurement.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret trends and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for building cross-functional partnerships.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.
