We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned strategy and operations analyst who will engage with global and cross-functional teams throughout TransUnion to drive execution of transition plans and special projects related to TU’s Global Capability Centers.What You'll Bring:

- Minimum 4-6 years proven of Business Process Mapping & Modeling.
- Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
- Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Time Management - ability to manage workload to ensure deliverables are to time and quality
- Strong focus and attention to detail and the ability to gather additional process information in a structured manner ensuring stakeholder engagement with regard to the purpose of the information required.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Confluence, BusinessOptix, Lucid Charts.
- A ‘completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.
- Strong process mapping skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Business Degree or equivalent work experience

Key Responsibilities
- Map targeted processes at level 2, 3 and 4 to the required BPMN Standards.
- Utilize existing process documentation where appropriate to create process maps and support team members in validating their accuracy with Business Unit representatives (Subject Matter experts and Process Owners)
- Support and participate in Workshops and Working Sessions to capture process detail from Subject Matter Experts in order to create accurate ‘as-is’ process maps.
- Adhere to BPMN standards when mapping activity.
- Support process improvement, analysis and business functions – either as standalone projects or as part of wider programs of change.
- Develop relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the TransUnion team and beyond to ensure successful implementation of the process modelling tool and agreed standards for business processes.
- Support cross-functional teams to execute against the agreed scope and timeline.
- Understand, own and role model Trans Union values, help to create an environment that supports these and enables team members to achieve their maximum potential.
- Pursue own development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledging strengths and areas for development.
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
- To work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements.
