Role Description
- The Advisory Solutions team is responsible for managed investment solutions including funds, alternative investments, and ETFs.
- The team works closely with client advisors to provide a range of managed investment solutions to meet client objectives.
- This includes assessing product needs, creating fundsolutions / positioning along with regular follow-on updates.
- In addition to supporting the sales function, the specialist will be involved in ongoing product management and the maintenance of the APAC funds platform.

Your key responsibilities
- Maintenance of the regional platform for Funds and Alternatives investments through collaboration with leading global asset managers.
- Content production of regular updates: fund data, commentary, product documents etc.
- Operational set ups of Funds, ETFs, and Alternatives to facilitate orders/transfers. Additionally maintain regular checks to ensure correct securities set up and mapping.
- Regular update of the regional fund lists to ensure accuracy, and availability of the data.
- Regular oversight of fund transfer process for all funds.
- Support the production of marketing materials and regular fund updates to facilitate sales.
- Prepare sales and exposure reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring sales efforts are effectively monitored and directed.
- Ensure regulatory processes and reports are adhered to.
- Project management on new process initiatives.
- Proactively ensuring information related to products and platforms is accurate, adhering to Deutsche Bank Private Bank’s internal processes.
- Work with a multi-location team spread across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mumbai in a coordinated approach.
- Participate in writing key operating procedures, maintain organized records of DB internal approvals, review existing processes for effectiveness and devise new processes or streamline as needed.
- Build relationships, co-ordinate and engage with DB internal control functions and various other teams across the value chain.
Your skills and experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with focus on Finance, Management or similar. CFA / FRM / CA / CAIA will be preferred.
- Experience in the financial services industry with prior experience working in product team serving global funds will be preferred.
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Adept in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and computer literacy to navigate internal systems with other technical computing knowledge (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, etc.) an advantage.
- Willingness to cover APAC morning hours (starting at 7:30 am Indian Standard Time).
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently, as a team member, and as a collaborative partner
