About The Role
We are seeking a data driven Business & Strategy Operations Lead to partner closely with the CEO of our U.S. based autism care business. In this high-impact role, you will drive critical initiatives, analyze key performance metrics, and streamline operations to support our scalability and efficiency. A key focus of this role will be optimizing insurance operations and revenue cycle management (RCM) to improve reimbursement rates, minimize claim denials, and ensure timely billing. You will also create real-time analytics dashboards and reports to provide leadership with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations for our autism-based services, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and financial performance across the autism business.
  • Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time insights for decision-making across teams.
  • Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including claims submission, insurance verification, payment posting, and denial management.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to improve accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to industry regulations and best practices, particularly for autism therapy services.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to completion across the cross-functional team. 
  • Prepare and present reports on operational and financial performance to leadership, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets (or Excel) for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with healthcare RCM tools and systems (e.g., Candid).
  • Experience with insurance operations, including Medicaid and private payers, is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in our Bengaluru office with a fully in-person team.
