Mission
We are seeking a skilled Technical Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the management and seamless integration of systems that support our GTM strategy, with a primary focus on HubSpot CRM. Your expertise will ensure smooth integrations, optimize workflows, and align our business processes with our growth objectives, making them scalable and efficient.
Outcomes:
- In our fast growing and data hungry organization, you will oversee the GTM systems and HubSpot CRM system functionality and data integrity, and customize it to fit the company's needs. This role involves operational knowledge, technical development, and also provides support to end users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a map of how our systems work together, how the data flows and how processes influence each other
- Implement processes like lead routing, with Hubspot CRM and other GTM systems (Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Gong, Clay.
- System Administration and Optimization: Manage system administration, covering security and user management, system integration, user guidelines, training, and continuous optimization.
- Data Governance: create and manage data enrichment and hygiene practices to audit and clean HubSpot CRM, including but not limited to workflows, contacts, naming conventions, record associations, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and build consensus around GTM system processes and outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and provide recommendations for improved efficiency and effectiveness, including AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or other GTM Operation roles.
- Required hands-on experience with custom coding and development with Hubspot CRM and APIs.
- Experience with Python for automation tasks.
- Experience with Chilipiper, Zoominfo, Clay, and Gong is a plus.
- Proven success in managing data quality programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
