Job Description
This position will be part of Digital Shadowing team and will be leveraging digital technology to enable transformation analytics. In this role, you will own the data analyst functionality and work on end-to-end data analysis resulting in a business cases/story telling with data.
Summary: As an associate you will work closely with the U.S. based Process Intelligence team through a \"follow the sun\" model to provide continuous results for ongoing projects. The key success factor will be to have a \"transformational\" mindset, the ability to work with advanced analytical tools and to use data for our transformational efforts.
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as data analyst lead on Digital Process Discovery projects across the Middle Office Operations function
- Analyze process behavior using data analysis techniques to identify improvement opportunities
- Perform data-driven root cause analysis to investigate process conformance issues and inefficiencies.
- Drive end-to-end projects from scoping, data collection and processing, modeling, implementation and evaluation
- Strong communication and story-telling skills
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's in computer science, statistics or a related field
- 3+ years of strong experience in statistical analysis, data mining and data analysis
- Experience and proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks
- Experience with providing data analytics for senior management and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience with data pipelining and data visualization tools, such as Alteryx and Tableau
- Ability to partner with broad range of internal teams, especially business and technology, across the organization to achieve results and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong verbal, written communications and presentation skills - ability to articulate and tell a story
