What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain C# WPF desktop applications and React JS web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Implement scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior team members.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Mandatory:
- 6-9 years of experience in software development with C# WPF and React JS.
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Technical Expertise
Mandatory:
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and WPF.
- Proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of software design patterns and principles.
Preferred:
- Certification in C# or React JS.
Soft Skills
Mandatory:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Leadership experience in mentoring junior team members.
