Advanced Functional Safety Engineer with AUTOSAR experience

As an Advanced FuSa Engineer , you will be working as FS SW Advanced Engineer for Advance Safety, UX & BCM projects. In particular, you will be responsible for:
Your Role
- Analyzing customer safety requirements and supporting the engineering team to prepare the Technical Safety Concept and Technical Safety
- Managing all functional safety relevant interactions with internal and external stakeholders, working on POCs, RFQs, and bringing up the technical SW architecture
- Developing FuSa software requirements
- Implementation of Safety Mechanisms, Safe States, and other technical FS aspects to the teams
- Ensuring ISO 26262 certified or Qualified SW tools are used for product development and production
- Supporting all competency teams to integrate safety mechanisms in accordance with ISO 26262
- Defining and coordinating confirmation/verification reviews with product teams to ensure functional safety standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle
- Experience on AUTOSAR is mandatory
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- A graduate in BE/B.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) with 5–8 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in Functional Safety with hands-on SW development, Safety Analysis, and Tool Qualification
- #EXP[8-12]
- A go-getter with strong communication skills, who challenges ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv’s mission
- A learning enthusiast passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with market trends and new solutions
- Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE, ISO26262)
- Agile/Scrum SW development process
