Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end capability strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap
- Define and articulate business value statements, capability vision, and future direction
- Establish KPI targets and make decisions to maintain, scale, or de-invest capabilities
- Drive operational readiness, ensuring alignment with engineering, operations, and business teams
- Build solid cross-enterprise relationships to accelerate adoption and ensure long-term fit
- Evaluate market, competitive, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
- Lead demos, stakeholder communications, and business case development for strategic initiatives
- Anticipate risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in product management, capability management, or healthcare technology
- Solid knowledge of healthcare operations, PBM, specialty workflow, and enterprise data flows
- Deep strategic thinking and proven ability to influence without authority
