Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end capability strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap
  • Define and articulate business value statements, capability vision, and future direction
  • Establish KPI targets and make decisions to maintain, scale, or de-invest capabilities
  • Drive operational readiness, ensuring alignment with engineering, operations, and business teams
  • Build solid cross-enterprise relationships to accelerate adoption and ensure long-term fit
  • Evaluate market, competitive, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
  • Lead demos, stakeholder communications, and business case development for strategic initiatives
  • Anticipate risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, capability management, or healthcare technology
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare operations, PBM, specialty workflow, and enterprise data flows
  • Deep strategic thinking and proven ability to influence without authority
