OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Catalog Page Designer to create pages for our annual print catalog. Within the bounds of style and layout guidelines, Designers organize product information into pages that are navigable, informative, and enjoyable for customers. They consider our website experience and the space confines of the print catalog to make content and organizational decisions. Designers will work across product categories alongside other teammates and have no direct reports.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Catalog Page Designers work in a production heavy environment drafting new catalog pages or updating existing ones. They will use in-house Publishing tools and workstations to organize product information and copy for catalog pages. The most successful and satisfied Designers are individuals who enjoy finding creative layout solutions and have developed strong skills in writing copy, organizing product information, and choosing images.

- Professionals with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a writing or publishing-related role. Strong academic background and performance is preferred.
- Detail-oriented individuals with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Basic project management skills, including the ability to manage to deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable learners who can take on new approaches to working over time.
- Nice to h ave: Experience with visual design or layout, technical writing, and familiarity with industrial products.
BE REWARDED
Cash compensation generally ranges from $117,000 - $133,000, which includes profit sharing based on company profitability. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for company-funded retirement contributions.
