Your Day to Day ​

  • Execution of Partner Marketing programs and events.

  • Management of marketing leads and follows through with sales on closure.

  • Working closely with the Partner sales team to analyze and support co-marketing programs based on partner potential.

  • Working closely with marketing agencies to track progress and program management.

  • Utilize monthly marketing calendar to coordinate activities with sales team and external agencies.

  • Support development collateral materials including Brochures, Technical sheets, PowerPoint templates and Partner Promotional material.

  • Find new avenues for generating demand through unconventional marketing techniques.

  • Build and improve GoTo’s mindshare across Channel Partners Ecosystem.

  • Synthesize, Analyze, and Report marketing campaign metrics.

  • Analysis of sales potential based on existing data.

  • Communicate clearly, frequently, and keep teams aligned on all things marketing.

  • Support India Partner Marketing manager with day-to-day marketing activities.

  • Efficient Budget management to result in desired ROI.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, post-graduation is a plus.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau is a plus.

  • Understanding of Digital marketing.

  • Proven experience in Marketing and Events.

  • Prior experience of working in a B2B IT Channel Partner environment is a plus.

  • Effective organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail is necessary.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication based on audience.

  • Ability to manage schedules and adapt for reprioritization of business needs.

  • Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop.

  • Must welcome challenges and have a problem solver mentality.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills and comfortable formatting data for various stakeholders.
