We are seeking a MES PM Lead to join the team to be based in Jakarta. The lead will be supporting APAC MES delivery management & co-ordination, provide business analysis, system delivery and technology exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination & management of APAC technical teams in the development and implementation of all MES & production floor systems utilized in the capsule manufacturing network to support the CHI Automation & Digitalization roadmap.
- Lead technical delivery and management of MES & production systems delivery projects executed by APAC teams.
- Drive & support implementation of new technology and best practices within the area of MES & production systems.
- After implementation, provide support for installed systems.
Requirements:
- Master degree in engineer or computer science
- 8-10 years application development and project management experience
- Strong communication skills to collborate cross functional stakeholders
- People management skills
- Budget management
