Intro:
The principal objective of this position is to provide expert level support and strategy for the production Citrix & virtualization environment. Maintain proactive performance monitoring of the environment utilizing specific monitoring tools. Play an active role in the day-to-day support activities, administration and projects associated with Citrix infrastructure/applications and maintain all the Windows servers.
Some of the Things You'll Be Doing:

• Provide 24/7/365 primary support for Citrix CVAD administration, troubleshooting, and overall product management.
• Support and maintain the Citrix CVAD environment, including involvement in upgrade projects.
• Proactively monitor the virtual environment for capacity, stress, risk, and workload, taking necessary remediation steps.
• Perform system upgrades and mandatory VDI security/OS patching.
• Actively participate in Disaster Recovery implementation and activities.
• Work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Will be required to work weekends and participate in an On-Call rotation (24/7 support).

What Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Do You Need?

• BE graduate or any relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least above 7 to 12 years of technical experience in Citrix Technologies, Microsoft Azure cloud & W365.
• Proficiency in Citrix DaaS, Azure cloud computing, W365, Intune, Citrix Cloud Connector, Citrix StoreFront, and NetScaler ADC support.
• Level 2/3 experience in deploying and troubleshooting Citrix VDI infrastructure in an enterprise setting.
• Strong technical skills in virtualization, networking, and security, with a deep understanding of Citrix architecture, deployment, and management.
• Excellent understanding of NetScaler features and deployment scenarios.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud computing, including Storage Accounts and Azure Virtual Network.
• Certifications in Citrix, Microsoft Azure, and relevant technologies (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (2022/2019) administration and related technologies such as Domains, DNS, Registries, and DHCP.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and GPO management.
• Good knowledge of performance management and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages).
• Strong understanding of networking functions, including TCP/IP, SNMP, subnetting, and routing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented, positive, committed, and an enthusiastic team player.
• Proficiency in English
