Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Data Analytics team to partner with the Business.
The team act as a central point of coordination and as a source of subject matter expertise on business initiatives and audit/compliance/risk reviews, and are accountable to deliver strategic and tactical projects and will also be responsible to define and deliver on the Control agenda. As an Associate, you must possess organizational skills, be able to think strategically while delivering tangible solutions. Candidate should be able to work across different regional Onboarding teams to establish and implement a consistent solution.
Job responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end data analytic services to the Client Operations organization and it will include data transformation, data automation and data visualization
  • Owning BAU MIS provision and leading initiatives that enable more efficient and sustainable MIS provision to support Client Operations and bring insights that will enable the transformation journey
  • Work closely with the wider team to support the delivery of a transformed client experience that is cost effective for the business.
  • Responsible for all KYC Related Remediation Project Management, Data-related remediation Project Management and Delivery
  • Serve as the regional liaison for the Global teams in matters relating to data remediation and KYC related matters, ensuring procedure updates and relevant trainings and communications are delivered impacting business and/or process changes
  • Maintain a relevant and updated process knowledge within the Onboarding space to be able to effectively influence and drive effective remediation
  • Work with the project managers and subject matter experts within the team to ensure current status is understood and properly articulated.
  • Conduct GAP analysis; identify key areas of risk or concern and impact to the business
  • Coordinate working groups, business forums and governance meetings
  • Draft, review, and assist with communicating issues and action plans effectively through project implementation, and govern and track their progress through remediation and closure
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and business partners with the purpose of informing interested parties on all key milestones, accomplishments, programs, activities and overall successes


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • BS/BA Degree - Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services/banking industry, with a demonstrated track-record of delivery and relevant experience with data analytics
  • Familiarity with report automation using either Alteryx, Xceptor, or Tableau Prep
  • Familiarity with data visualization of complex data sets using Tableau
  • Willingness to learn new technical skills / explore new tools
  • Demonstrate leadership in running a program where the understanding of complex operational processes/products is required.
  • Ability to communicate, present effectively and adapt messaging appropriate to the audience.
  • Capable of managing both BAU activities as well as strategic initiatives
  • Continuous improvement and change management mindset, questioning conventional ways of managing the business and driving change to improve processes
  • Analytical and review skills with the capacity to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture and draw the correct conclusions from reviews
