About Us:

At CJ, we are at the forefront of affiliate marketing and digital performance solutions. Our partnership with Tyroo aims to drive innovative marketing strategies and exceptional results for our clients in APAC. We are looking for a dedicated Partnership Associate to join our dynamic team and support our growing portfolio of partners.

Job Summary:

The Partnership Assistant will support the Partnership Manager in managing and expanding relationships with our partners, primarily focusing on the CJ and Tyroo collaboration. This role involves a mix of Strategic Planning, Communication Workflow Ownership and Operational Support to ensure seamless partnership operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Partnership Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and communicate with CJ and Tyroo partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of partnership activities, contracts, and performance metrics.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and events related to partnership activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of partnership programs and campaigns.
  • Own communication and planning across several departments within both CJ & Tyroo. Be able to manage relationships at various levels within the organization.
  • Handle operational tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to partner inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in affiliate marketing or digital advertising.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Need to include years of experience. That will depend on what level you want this person to be.
