Job Description:
Role Summary
Crowe’s Technology Advisory (Tech Advisory) practice is seeking a highly motivated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support internal product development and infrastructure engagements. This role will be part of our growing India-based team and will work alongside U.S.-based teams to develop software tools, build AI solutions, manage project tasks and the team’s development backlog, and prepare strategic and operational materials for client executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ITA digital team to build CI/CD pipelines needed to deploy application code
- Implement solutions that adhere to cloud security principles
- Support and manage the ITA digital team’s internal infrastructure
- Document the Azure Cloud infrastructure effectively
- Deploy cloud infrastructure through IaC tools
- Manage Identity Access Management across several resource groups
- Assist in building and refining deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel-based financial estimates, and other documentation
Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
- Master’s degree in Software / Data engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in digital consulting, devops, cloud infrastructure, software development, or technical project management
Proficiencies:
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud
- Azure Kubernetes Engine
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Azure SQL Server
- Networking (Firewalls, VPNs, Subnetting, etc.)
- Proficiency in Terraform and Git, Python preferred
- Experience in monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and disaster recovery (e.g. Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Alert Manager, etc.)
- Experience using AI and documentation tools (e.g., prompt engineering, lucid chart) is a plus
